ÐÔÓÃÉç University is delighted to be partnering with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in providing affordable accommodation to artists throughout the Festival period.

With a variety of accommodation offerings, rehearsal spaces, gym facilities, catering outlets and vast amounts of stunning green space, ÐÔÓÃÉç is the all-round package needed to be an ideal base for your Festival stay.

Maggie’s is our friendly on-site café and bar, open from 8.30am. Perfect to get a takeaway coffee and breakfast to grab and go on your way to catch the bus or train into Edinburgh, or spend a relaxed evening meeting other Fringe performers who are also staying in the ÐÔÓÃÉç Fringe Village. There will be regular events, discounts and offers from the MaggIe’s team while you’re staying with us, so make sure you download the ‘Fuel On Campus’ App from your app store (Search ‘’Fuel on Campus’’ and enter our location code 4534) to benefit. Updates will also be listed on the ÐÔÓÃÉç Fringe Village webpage.

Come along and meet the artists you'll be staying with in the ÐÔÓÃÉç Fringe Village this August. Members of the Fringe Society team will also be in attendance to chat with you about the festival ahead and share details of the opportunities and resources in place for Fringe artists. Industry Networking Breakfasts, Tuesdays (6th, 13th and 20th) 9.30-11am, in the main campus building

The Fringe provides a unique opportunity to connect with artists and arts industry professionals - these breakfast events offer another chance to meet with the other artists staying in the ÐÔÓÃÉç Fringe Village this August. So come along, grab a free coffee and breakfast bite to eat, and exchange experiences and advice with your festival colleagues and the Fringe Society team.

Free Outdoor Yoga Sessions, Thursdays (1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd) 10.15 – 11.15


Join us on the lawn for some gentle morning yoga. Sessions will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility. Calm your mind and feel revived before you head into the madness of the city centre!
Meet outside the Sports Reception before class (alternative indoor space will be used if the weather isn’t kind to us!)

Join the Gym – only £10 a week


We have a full Sports Centre with a gym (indoor and outdoor), weights room, sports hall, fitness studio and an outdoor all-weather pitch.
For our Fringe guests we are offering a special £10 weekly membership rate, which includes access to classes.

Booking rehearsal space


We have a variety of flexible, dedicated rehearsal space available for hire. This includes a Theatre Studio and a number of rehearsal studios.
