You will only be able to complete the matriculation process once you receive an email from Registry@qmu.ac.uk confirming that you are able to do so. Your ÐÔÓÃÉç Student number will be the same as your ÐÔÓÃÉç Application/Matriculation number.

Student Smartcards are used for security, ID purposes and for taking books out of the library.

Once you have completed online matriculation, a link to the Photo Upload System (in a pink box) will appear on the Student Portal. You can us this link to submit your photo.

If you are asked for login details when accessing this page, your 'Username' will be your email address (e.g. 12345678@qmu.ac.uk) and the password will be the one you have generated during the Matriculation process.
